Question 1. Do you live in a house or a flat?

Answer 1:- Yes, I live in a flat with a wide compound bound by gates.

Answer 2:- Well, I live in a house. It is big enough to accommodate all my family members. It’s so beautifully constructed.

Question 2. Is it a big place?

Answer 1:- I will like to say it’s a massive building with a lot of outdoor space at the front and back that is meant for kids.

Answer 2:- Yes, it is a very big place. I have a garden near the entrance of the gate, where various flowers are grown, and some fruit trees are also there. Moreover, it has a big terrace, where I have kept some exercise equipment.

Question 3. How long have you lived there?

Answer 1:- I have been staying there since I clocked 4years and until six years ago before I relocated to the metropolitan side of the country.

Answer 2:- I have been living there since I got married and I can say it’s about ten years past.

Question 4. What do you like about living there?

Answer 1:- The scenery is amazing. There Is a natural view of the surrounding. The place is close to a flowing river, giving it this natural scent. The sight of wildlife and forest is also breathtaking.

Answer 2:- I like the locality where I currently live. Moreover, there is a lush green park in front of my home. Besides, it’s away from the city centre, so loud noises from vehicles are hardly heard.

Question 5. Is there a garden in the place you live in?

Answer 1:- Yes, we have an open space for farming at the back of our building. My dad, absolutely subsistence, create it.

Answer 2:- No, there is no garden but a small park I have already mentioned.

Question 6. Do you prefer hot weather or cold?

Answer 1:- I like cold weather a lot as compared to dry or hot weather. This is because I usually have a bodily reaction to dry weather.

Answer 2:- Well I prefer moderate weather, neither it’s too hot nor cold because in moderate weather there is no tension of sweating as well as chilled cold and people can easily do their work.

Question 7. Tell me about the weather in your country at different times of the year.

Answer 1:- We have twAnswer 1:- o types of weather conditions in Nigeria, where I come from, which signifies seasons. The hot weather signifies the winter when there is little to no rain. This period starts from November to march, while the other is the cold weather which signifies the summer season where there are a lot of downpours of rain. This period starts from April to October.

Answer 2:- Well, at different times of the year, like in the summer, the weather is too hot, and people hardly go outside because they can’t bear the scorching heat. In contrast, the winter season is better than the summer season as there is no better cold in winter as people enjoy cold weather more than warm weather.

Question 8. Which time of the year did you enjoy the most when you were a child?

Answer 1:- When I was a kid, I fell in love with the festive season, especially Christmas during December. There is a lot of cooking, meeting new friends, and receiving gifts.

Answer 2:- Well I enjoyed it more in cold weather as I loved to wear different kinds of blazers as well as formal attires. So there is no foul smell arising from the body.

Question 9. Do you (usually) pay attention to weather forecasts?

Answer 1:- I would like to think so; I do this more frequently nowadays, especially on my way to a serious appointment; I hate being drenched by rain.

Answer 2:- Well, I pay attention only when I plan to go outside because I don’t want to spoil my mood as well as my other family members, so, at that time, I focus more on a forecast.

Question 10. Has the weather changed much in your country in recent years

Answer 1:- It has changed significantly; in past decades, we easily predict climatic conditions by guessing but these days, even with scientific tools, when are inaccurate. This could be due to the greenhouse effect.

Answer 2:- Yes, it has felt tremendous changes as now summer days are longer and winter days are shorter. If I talk about the rainy season, then rain is unpredictable. It hardly comes in some areas of my country, whereas in other areas, there is heavy rain which can create disastrous situations like floods.
