Advances in technology and automation have reduced

Modernization in terms of technological advancements has been leading to immensely shorten the use of the manual intervention in its various fields due to the new plunge of automatic machines. Many people do believe that in view of above the mean working hours can be significantly cut down however  I adhere to the thought that machines have to be operated by a human.

Human interference in mandatory to cross-check the functional capability of a machine hence the running time of an appliance is to be associated with a living object. For example, a printing press that generally operates on a 9 hours bais cannot reduce its office hours as it has advanced machinery. As, to schedule the matter to be printed, to transform it into the necessary model has to be done by the employee irrespective of the sophisticated apparatus the company uses. Owing to this I strongly admit that automation is a boon but has its own limits.

Even Though a machine possessing the state of the art technology which is fully self functional is a potential advantage to many technology companies it does have some impediments such as, firstly many modernized robots have been performing surgical operations nowadays subsequently we cannot rule out the role of a specialized doctor or can we digest the opinion that surgeons working hours can be condensed?. Secondly, the oil-rich countries have been importing leading-edge machinery to dredge. the oil yet they recruit immense manpower to operate them and we cannot argue that staff members working time can be diminished.

In the final analysis, while I affirm that avant-garde technology is a massive breakthrough in the technical departments,It does carry its restrictions so an employee’s daily working hours cannot be downsized.
