The good systems are always abused but that does not mean they are faulty. according to my point of view, there are two main advantages of social welfare payments as well as one disadvantage. I will discuss it in the following paragraphs of this essay.
The first and foremost merit is a help to people for surviving in society. In other words, social welfare payments help to some persons such as a single parent disable people manpower below the poverty line and old people who have no means of income.
Such humans need food, clothes, shelter, and other basic things for themselves as well for their family. So, guaranteed allowances are protected the basic right of citizens. Secondly, welfare payments are very fruitful for unemployed citizens. It there is no unemployment allowance available for jobless human beings, then they unable to fulfill their needs and perhaps they can choose wrong ways to get money such as theft, kidnapping, robbery, murder and so on. So, Social welfare payments are very important to protect the society and citizens from crime. Because police patrolling on the roads might expensive for a nation rather than giving welfare allowances to manpower.
In contrast, the main demerit of social welfare payments is of social welfare payments is that welfare societies are not made efforts to know about a person who is getting the welfare payments such as his requirements, work background and so on. Because some humans who do not want to do a job as well as do not try hard to gain employment, as unemployment allowances from social welfare societies.
