Question 1:- Do you use a computer very much?

Answer 1:- Yes, I use a computer but not for a long period of time. I use it when there is a need to send emails or watch movies.

Answer 2:- Yes, I use the computer a lot. I own a personal laptop I use at home and an official laptop I use in the office.

Question 2:- When do you use a computer?

Answer 1:- I use the computer when there is free time as well as I have urgent work to do at that time. I use the computer mostly in the evening.

Answer 2:- When I first used the computer, I was quite frankly intrigued that something of this nature was part of man’s creation and had the ability to make life easier by processing data a lot faster than if it were done manually.

Answer 1:- I learnt it in school. My teacher told me the functions of the keys, how to delete and how to save, and how to edit a thing. First of all, I painted drawing on the computer and learnt some basic functions.

Answer 2:- I learnt to use the computer while I was still in secondary school. Computer sciences was one of the subjects taught in class, and it involved hands-on experiments.

Answer 1:- Yes, electronic gadgets have changed my life a lot. Now I can send emails and get an instant reply. I don’t need to do hard labour to write on a paper. I can just type, and auto-correction is there, so there are fewer chances of making an error.

Answer 2:- Yes, computers have made problem-solving less complex for me, as data problems that would have taken weeks to solve by hand can now be done in seconds using a computer. Also, it has enabled a much faster means of sending and receiving information than in the past.

Question 7:- Are computers used much in your country?

Answer 1:- Yes, computers are used a great deal in my country. People use it for business purposes as well as for educational purposes, and for entertainment purposes too.

Answer 2:- Yes, they are. The population in my country is 60% youth who are very tech-savvy.

Question 8:- Do you think computers are useful in everyday life (how)?

Answer 1:- Yes, computers are very helpful in everyday life. These are used in banks, hospitals Educational institutes for the respective work. Everything is stored electronically, so it has also saved people’s time.

Answer 2:- Yes, I think computers make a useful addition to everyday life because they help with calculations, data storage and analysis and can be useful at home even for such things as calculating the family budget.

Question 9:- Computers are now used a lot in education. What do you think of this?

Answer 1:- In this modern time, computers are highly used in the education sector as everything is done on the computer. Students make assignments on the computer, and it is a very easy way to make them understand any concept with pictures. For example, overhead projectors are used, and transparencies also play a vital role in making the information clear.

Answer 2:- I think the use of computers and the Internet in education has made it possible for students to receive lectures without being physically present. Students are also able to do online research and get useful information about their projects.

Question 10:- Do you play computer games?

Answer 1:- Sometimes, I play computer games with my baby. She insists I play candy crush, Mario, word hunt and picture completion. These are my daughter’s favourite games, so I play these games with my daughter on the computer.

Answer 2:- I rarely play computer games. The few times I did, I tried my hands on the “Mario game”.

Question 11:- Do you think computers are perfect now, or do they still need to be improved?

Answer 1:- I can say that computers are not perfect. With every passing day, these are upgraded with new programmes to make the work and life of people easy.

Answer 2:- I think that computers need to be upgraded as software and applications advance so that they can improve one’s productivity and help one stay current in today’s digital world.
