The most challenging thing that I have faced in my life was during my Graduation exams. That was my Final year. I was nervous during my project submission, and I should be able to give my seminar in front of students, the Head of the Computer science Department, and the Dean of the College.

In fact, when my turn came, I initially felt a bit nervous. I started with reasonable confidence and pace completed my task in the stipulated time, and there was great applause from my Hod and Dean that my project was excellent and I performed very well in the seminar.

Since there was a considerable gathering in the seminar hall, because of stage fear, I thought that I might not do well, but my HOD Sir encouraged me a lot, and with his help of him, I did my Presentation.

I felt thrilled after my Presentation, and I secured the First prize and got a reward of prize money of 10000/-. This was my first earning in my life.

Question 1:- What kinds of jobs require people to the confident?

Answer- Well, This is an interesting question! There are many types of occupations in society, like lawyers, teachers, doctors and many more. Each profession has self-satisfaction and its own Dignity. For Instance, A Doctor who saves a patient’s life will be satisfied that he has saved a soul today, and with that confidence, he will work hard to get a good name in society.

Question 2:- On what occasions should children be encouraged? How?

Answer- As a parent, children should be encouraged during their exam times as they may feel low at any point in time due to a lack of confidence.

Question 3:- How do you help children stay focused?

Answer- Concentrating on studies is very important for students to build up their careers. To focus on studies, one should have self-confidence, a positive attitude and believe in themselves. Every parent has to encourage them in a positive way, and even if they get fewer marks, they should not discourage them with harsh words. This really demotivates them, and they may be out of track and could not gain confidence.

Question 4:- What challenges do young people face today?

Answer- In today’s competitive world, younger children mainly focus on developing their careers as early as possible and not depending on their parents. They want to support their family financially. To face the challenges, they have to face many difficulties in their studies and be confident to overcome them.
