Although he represented India in the commonwealth games at the age of 15, he started getting noticed after he won a bronze medal. After this, he never looked back, and successfully he was able to earn a total of six gold medals at various international meets. That’s how he gained his name and fame in sport.
Apart from it, he was honored with the Arjuna Award and Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award after his breathtaking performance in the Olympics. Moreover, in 2009, Bindra was awarded the Padma Bhushan award, which was the third-highest civilian award in India.
To achieve his dream, he left no stone unturned. If I am talking about his qualities, he is an optimistic and down-to-earth person. He runs a non-profit organization that has dedicated itself to sporting excellence. He teaches the right techniques and inspires the Indian sporting system. To add to it, he has a plethora of traits, such as he is fearless, a risk-taker, highly competitive, and many other such qualities.
All in all, being an Indian, I feel proud of him because he sets an example for everyone who dreams of making a career in sport.

Question: How do people become famous?
Answer – People become famous in many ways. Some, like singers or actors, become known to people for their performance. Some people, such as scientists, are recognized for what they do, and their work dramatically changes people’s lives. While some ordinary people are known not for that, they are unique or have any talent, they do a great favor to others, and the public greatly praises their deeds. Besides, some people become famous just because they are offspring or have relations with well-known ones.
Question: What qualities do (all or most or many) famous people have in common?
Answer – Different kinds of well-known people enjoy different qualities. For example, those people becoming famous because of their talent must have worked hard before their ability was acknowledged. In other words, their insistence brings them fame. ThoseThose who are praised for their good deeds are, in common, warm-hearted and willing to help others while expecting no rewards.
Question: What are the good points about being famous? Well,
Answer – there is an obvious advantage of being famous, that is to make money. Most actors earn a lot by performing in the movies or being shot for advertisements, for people like them and their performance. While other famous people can influence the public, like Anmol Kawtra, he set up a charity to raise money to help poor people. Several celebrities call for protecting the environmental problems or the animals drying out.
Question: Are there any disadvantages of being famous?
Answer – There are unavoidable disadvantages. To begin with, famous people enjoy less privacy, for many reporters would like to find out everything about them, their family, their marriage and their social life, anything that may be interesting to the public. That’s why rumours of actors can be seen in newspapers or online.

Answer – There are also some disadvantages to being famous. They do not have a personal life, no matter how much they try to hide it. Someone or the other is always looking into their lives and finding out what they are up to. Even if they want to have a personal meeting with their families, it is always written on a blog or on the news, and because of it, they suffer from health issues just because they can’t keep it personal.
Question: Why is it important to have role models?
Answer – Having a role model stimulates people to move ahead and get success. In other words, role models help a person attain success; many people have famous personalities as role models, while for others, their parents or friends are role models. Having a role model motivates others to follow their footprints and to be like them.
