I was among the victims who lacked energy when studying harder. 📚😩 I often lost focus or concentration. Sometimes, within a few minutes, I felt exhausted, as though I had been studying for the whole day. Fortunately, I discovered Ikson’s instrumental soundtrack, which turned out to be incredibly helpful. 🎧🎵

The first time I tried it, I was in my hostel room, listening randomly to soundtracks while solving MCQ questions. ✅🖋️ To my surprise, I could answer a significant number of questions without feeling even slightly tired.

This music helped me maintain the same energy and concentration throughout my studies. 💪🧠 Finally, those soundtracks provided an energetic motivation to tackle whatever challenges came my way. 🎶🚀 Not only did I stop feeling exhausted, but I also found it easier to understand the concepts I was studying. 🌟📖

Question 1:- How Do You Prioritise Your Tasks to Ensure Your Regular Activity Doesn’t Interfere with Your Study or Work Schedule?

Answer:- Regarding my personal routine, I respect it and always finish my tasks on time. ⏰✔️ This ensures they do not clash with the school timetable or the teacher’s assignments. 🏫📑

Question 2:- Have You Noticed Any Specific Improvements in Your Productivity or Focus Since Incorporating This Regular Activity Into Your Routine?

Answer:- No, not yet. I haven’t seen any positive changes when mixing my personal routine with my school routine. 🧐❌ In fact, it consumes more time than before and doesn’t allow me to work wisely. 🕒⚠️

Question 3:- Could You Describe Any Challenges You’ve Faced in Maintaining This Routine and How You’ve Overcome Them?

Answer:- Combining routines not only made me feel tired and busy all day but also reduced my sleep to less than 6 hours. 😴🚫 This left me feeling like a ghost. 👻 To fix this, I started using artificial intelligence as my study partner. 🤖📘 This helped me regain my 8 hours of sleep and become the wisest person in the class—a change they had missed for a long time. 🛌🧠

Question 4:- In What Ways Do You Think This Regular Activity Contributes to Your Overall Well-Being and Effectiveness as A Student or Professional?

Answer:- For me, these methods bring very little benefit, like a tiny grain of sand. 🏖️❓ Perhaps I lack the perspective to see their value. However, for my classmates, these methods seem worthwhile—I’ve witnessed their success firsthand. 👀🎓 Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, they haven’t worked for me. 😔✋
