Sample Answer: Directors of Large Organisations Receive Much Higher Salaries than Ordinary Workers

While some people believe it is essential to pay huge salaries to the directors of large and popular organisations rather than regular workers, others disagree and say it is unfair. Paying large salaries to directors will increase their working performance, while low payments to ordinary workers will decrease motivation and energy for their task achievements.

On the one hand, companies that pay their directors a lot always do well in global marketing. Because most people are driven by the money they earn in order to give it all to their duties, those organisations that give out good salaries have good performance in every aspect. For example,  Apple company does a fantastic job across the world in selling electronic devices like mobile phones and personal computers, and this occurs due to the reasonable payment they made to Apple’s director and especially former director Steve Jobs; in other words, it makes them think outside the box on how to keep the organization elevates both ways because a huge amount of money they earn must go similar to the services their release.

On the other hand,  the underpayment of regular workers draws away their energy and motivation to carry out their responsibilities due to the fact that ordinary workers are the one who does a heavy part of the job in any organization so, and providing lower salaries will make the company’s rate of growth slower than expected. A good example of this is what happened in my country. The famous and biggest organisation, Pride Cash Nuts, went down as the regular workforce resigned due to their unsatisfactory salaries, which didn’t match the work they contributed. This led the organisation to have a low workforce and resulted in slow productivity, and in the end, investor withdrew their income.

To recapitulate, some claim that it is necessary to pay higher salaries to directors of large organisations than their ordinary workers, while others argue it is unfair because it improves directors’ work performance, besides withdrawing ordinary workers’ energy and motivation. Despite the acknowledgement of the importance of ordinary workers in different organisations, I believe directors deserve more pay than regular workers due to the fact that they possess vast years of experience and educational qualifications.
