Question 1. How many people are there in your immediate family?

Answer – I live in a nuclear family consisting of my Mother, Brother, and sister-in-law. My father recently passed away due to cancer.

Question 2. Who do you get on best within your family?

Answer – I have a good understanding of all the members of my family. However, I have better relations with my parents, and they are quite closer to me as well.

Question 3. Do you have a large extended family?

Answer – I had a large joint family some years back, but now we live separately in different towns. We live in a nuclear family now.

Question 4. What do you do together with your family?

Answer – I usually watch television and have dinner with my family. We go to family functions and events together and meet up with our extended families.

Question 5. Why is family important to you?

Answer – Family is very important for me because it helps me handle difficult situations easily, and no matter if other people leave, family always stays.

Question 6. Do you do housework at home?

Answer – Yes, daily, we have our household chores assigned by my mum, so we do that, and at the weekend, when there is more time, we do cleaning and dusting, and I also love preparing food for my family.

Question 7. What kind of housework do you often do?

Answer – I do most of the work around dusting and cleaning, putting clothes to dry, and placing the utensils in their places after the wash. Sometimes I do cooking as well.

Question 8. Did you do housework when you were a child?

Answer – Yes, my mother has inculcated this habit of doing housework from childhood, and I used to help out mum.

Question 9. Do you think that children should do housework?

Answer – Definitely, children should be involved in household work so they can be independent and self-reliant in life.
