Sample Answer of Going on a Month Training Programme to the UK

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been working as a language teacher in a college for three years. Recently, I got an opportunity to attend a one-month training course in the UK to learn about ‘Sign Language’ to teach the disabled. I would like to express my desire to play the role of social events organizer.

I have great flavor in organizing activities especially for the deaf and dumb. It would offer me to know more about their personal as well as educational problems. As I have one month of training in ‘Learning Sign Language’ so I can make it successful in an effective way. It is voluntary work as well. In this way, I would be able to help humanity.

I would like to seek more information about the duration, place where the event is going to be held, and how the disabled pupils are brought to the place? Would they get any meal or refreshments there? How would the lecture be delivered? So I am eager to know more about it.

I have been rendering my services as a volunteer since last year. Prior to this, I have also arranged a fundraising campaign for the disabled and it went well. Besides, I have worked in a Blue Bird School with gifted children. I am quite familiar with their sign language and this one-month training is the icing on the cake.

Would you be kind enough by assigning the job of an event organizer by considering my experience and zeal for serving pupils?

Looking forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

Yours Faithfully,
