Question 1:- When is it hard for you to concentrate?

Answer 1:- There are some reasons why I face difficulty concentrating in my workplace. One of the foremost reasons is that mobile notification and many people roaming and speaking my aisle loudly, so this kind of consequences mostly I face and unable to concentrate on a specific thing.

Answer 2:- Personally, it is difficult for me to concentrate during nighttime because I am exhausted and studying at those times is really challenging.

Question 2:- What may distract you when you are trying to stay focused?

Answer 1:- I think mobile phones is one of the most distracting components in the modern era, and I also face a lot of problems and am unable to give a focus at work because of mobile notification, so every time I put my mobile phone on the silent mode, which can do focus on my work.

Answer 2:- Factors which distract me when I study, but the most common deviation would be the TV sound which I get from the hall when my parents or my cousins are watching.

Question 3:- In what situations do you need to concentrate?

Answer 1:- There are a few situations in which I need to do concrete with my presence of mind during the exam level. I think that is the time I need to spend my whole time to understand all the things briefly and some crucial days which are related to my carrier, so these are situations I would like to concentrate on.

Answer 2:- There are so many situations where I need to concentrate, especially during the meetings when I have during the peak hours and nobody since I am working from home I need to concentrate even while working meetings as well.

Question 4:- When do you need to be focused?

Answer 1:- In crucial times like exams, interviews, and many other related to my career prospects, so I need to focus and put my all attention into satisfying all the things according to my desires, so in this kind of situation I need to focus on.

Answer 2:- My preliminary perspective would be that I need to focus when I have to give a presentation during any client meetings because there would be a minimum of 20 to 30 people attending the call, and in those circumstances, I have to have proper concentration without any deviation.

Question 5:- What do you do to improve your concentration?

Answer 1:- I often do exercise and meditation for 15 to 20 days every morning, and I can find my inner peace to enhance my mind power in a good manner, so this kind of exercise I do for my better concentration.

Answer 2:- The part-time switch I involved to improve my concentration on other days I have started doing yoga, and sometimes I go swimming these are actually relaxing and its origin with myself concentration.

Question 6:- What do you do to help you concentrate?

Answer 1:- I read novels and storybooks and meditations these kinds of things help to enhance my focus level sometimes I often to listening music on the mobile phone I think the mobile phone is a wonderful compatible for improving my concentration.

Answer 2:- Set a previously nowadays and involved in extracurricular activities during my office has as well because if I work for long hours, then it is difficult to concentrate so I would rather take some time at least or take a break every once in half an hour or one hour

Question 7:- Is it easy for you to do two things simultaneously?

Answer 1:- Well, doing two things simultaneously it’s not a piece of cake even if it’s required a lot of dedication and struggle, and I won’t be able to do both things at the same time, so I often divide all the things according to my schedule, so one task is a better option for me rather than two.

Answer 2:- Yes, actually, I am a MultiTasker, so it is easier for me to do both activities simultaneously nowadays. Due to the work from the home scenario, I am able to attend the client meeting as well, as, on the other laptop, I am able to do the task which has been assigned to me as well.

Question 8:- Is difficult for you to stay focused on something?

Answer 1:- I don’t think it’s a kind of difficult to stay or focus on something because I spend most of the time reading and studying in the morning or night, so I love to read with myself because I develop more concentration in studying and find a silent ambience in my surrounding.

Answer 2:- Yes, sometimes I’m working for really long has then it is difficult to focus on one particular thing and such kinds of scenarios, I prefer taking a break for 10 to 15 minutes. I either have a quick nap to relax during
