The summer batch for international students ought to start in mid of June and I have scheduled my arrival on the 23rd of May next year. Since I am new to the place, I prefer accommodating myself beside the college.

I would like to understand the hostel facilities provided by the college if any. I prefer to stay in a girl’s hostel rather than a mixed one to ensure safety in concern. As a vegetarian, I would appreciate it if the hostel possesses a separate vegan menu. Regardless of the number of students in a room, I would like to know the fee structure offered by your side.

However, I have come to know that the hostels are situated in 5kms radius around the college. Therefore my query arises for the means of transportation available at the place. I would like to know if there are any college buses or public transport that drives near to the institution or should I hire a vehicle on our own.

Kindly revert to this letter. I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Liya
