General Writing Task 1
Dear Carlos,
I am writing this letter regarding some drawbacks that I had with my bus services last couple of weeks. Firstly, when I took the bus someone close to me started to talked me he wanted to know private information about my life. I felt really treathed because he looked like a strage person. In the next 30 minutes later the bus driver did some wrong stops in other stations differents to the common route. At that moment I got confused and worried I did not know what were happening. I am a old woman with mental health illnesses such as stress and anxiety and this kind of situations affected me directly. The strange man usually took the same route as me but he never paid price of the bus and I dont undertand how the bus driver allow him to go in to the bus.
I would like to suggest that the company increses the safety procedures and avoid that this sort of individuals enter into the bus. Also the bus drivers should follow the original routes to avoid confusion between bus users.
