INTRODUCTION:
The line graph illustrates the information regarding the proportion of the population, who used the internet in three different countries namely, The USA, Canada, and Mexico from 1999 to 2009.
CONCLUSION:
Overall, it can be clearly seen that the percentage of internet users in all three countries increased dramatically throughout the given time period.
PARAGRAPH :
For the USA, around a quarter percentage of Americans used the internet in 1999, this percentage rapidly increased with 40% in 2001. After two years, in 2003, a half percent of the population used the internet. From 2003 to 2009, the proportions of internet users are increased from 50% to nearly 80%. For Mexico, around 10% of the Mexican population used the internet in 1999, and this figure increases slightly till 2001 with 20%. After 2001, the percentage of internet users increased rapidly, and by 2009 around 40% of Mexican people use the internet.

This graph shows a comparison of internet usage between three countries USA, CANADA & MEXICO. From the year 1999-2009, there is an internet usage % rise in population.
PARAGRAPH 1:
Looking into the scenario of Mexico the dark line shows that the user has been slow compared to Canada & the USA from the year 1999-2009, which shows that usage among people are is less & they are less tech-savvy.

CONCLUSION:
The main turning point in internet usage among the population has been in the year 2003, when both Canada has shown a sudden rise in internet usage & the USA was left behind & less no of the population was using the internet afterward.
