On a Recent Holiday, You Lost a Valuable Item

On a Recent Holiday, You Lost a Valuable Item. Fortunately, You Have Travel Insurance to Cover the Cost of Anything Lost. Write a Letter to The Manager of Your Insurance Company. In your Letter, Explain.

  • What Did You Lose?
  • How You Lost It?
  • What Do You Want the Insurance Company to Do?

Dear sir

I am Vikas Doomra, one of your insurance service users. I am writing to you regarding a claim for my lost car under policy no. 11345, which I registered/purchased on 1 January 2024.

Moreover, on the last holiday, a carnival was held in our city. I went there with my friends and parked my car in the parking yard. It was so crowded and heavily rushed with visitors. We went to several stalls and enjoyed ourselves a lot, but during this, I lost my car’s key. I don’t know if I dropped it somewhere or if the thief happened. I tried my best to find out but couldn’t, then I went to the car park, but someone had stolen it. Immediately, I rushed to the police station to get the paperwork, and they wrote the same. A photocopy of the full I enclosed with this letter for your reference.

Furthermore, your policy clearly mentions a lost or stolen vehicle. The customer can claim 100% within two days. I am ready to clear all the other formalities.

Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely
