Some people think that retiring the old staff brings up the advantages for the system and other things that there are disadvantages in this situation. In most nations, people get to retire at the age of 60-65. Well, I am discussing both views in my further writing.

On the one hand, people think that retiring the older people gives opportunities to the younger staff of nation and it brings up the employment in the society. Retirement provides new people a chance to do something in their life and enhances the company’s productivity and workflow. Younger people have more energy than older people, and they have that spark to do something in their life and run their families. Furthermore, Older people take retirement and spend time with their family and friends. After retirement, they can do anything that they are likely to do.
