Question 1:- How often do you go for a run?

Answer 1:- I have good habits; for fitness and to keep my body in shape, I run approximately 1 KM per day, and I track it by my smartphone application.

Answer 2:- Well, Generally, I go for run thrice a week, because I working in a multinational company as a field supervisor, therefore, frequently I go to outside of the town, so I cannot do it regularly,
