Question 1. How many hours do you sleep every day

Answer – I sleep seven to eight hours every day. As per expert’s opinions, the perfect hours for sleeping are seven to eight hours. In addition, if you cannot sleep well, that will affect your daily routines and health.

Question 2. Is it necessary to take a nap every day

Answer – It depends upon the work that you complete before. Because if you work hard nap is the best option for you. That will reduce your weakness and enhance your strength.

Question 3. Do older people sleep a lot? Why

Answer – Definitely, in my opinion, most older people hand numerous health issues. They worked hard at their young ages. So, they need rest in their adult ages.

Question 4. What time do you usually go to bed?

Answer – I usually go to bed at half past ten. I know it may be not a good time to sleep. But after completing my daily routines, I may be a bit delayed and reached bed before eleven.

Question 5. Do you always have a good sleep?

Answer – Of course, after completing my daily commitments, I may moment tired and try to sleep as soon as possible. Before sleeping every day, I tried to complete small yoga practices which may use to better sleep. Apart from this, as a daily measure, I used to drink one glass of milk. That will help me for better sleep.
