In so many Nations globally, the influx of people from the villages to the urban areas has reduced the number of residents in the suburbs. In my opinion, this is a drawback, and I will explain further in my essay.
Firstly, this migration comes with its challenges, one of which is overpopulation. The cities will become overpopulated to the extent of making social amenities scars. Amenities such as schools, health care, and even good roads. For instance, in a country like China, where there is overpopulation, the inhabitants need help finding land to build houses for themselves. Additionally, overpopulation comes with health problems like the easy spread of infectious diseases like measles, smallpox and chicken pox.

Secondly, the movement of people to the cities will cause pollution because an increase in population makes it impossible for the government to control the people. This, in turn, will lead to human beings starting to dump refuse into water bodies, thereby polluting even good water. Also, the waste product of respiration, CO2, will make it impossible for the atmosphere to clear, thereby creating more evil than good.
In conclusion, while people must move from one place to another to gain experience, it is also important to curtail migration because of its disadvantages.
