Dear Mr White,
I received my laptop bag from you yesterday. Trust me; words will not be enough to express my thankfulness and gratitude towards your noble gesture. I am still trying my best by writing this letter to you.
Let me give you some details about the incident. The last Sunday, I was travelling from Dubai to Ahmedabad. I had a connecting flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, but my first flight from Dubai to Mumbai was delayed by 1 hour, and the trouble started there. I had only 30 minutes to complete all the formalities before boarding the second one, and that is why I forgot to take my laptop bag from the cabin.
As soon as I boarded the second flight, I came to know about the same. I was shocked as well as worried because the laptop belongs to my company. Besides this, it had all my bank account details, which added more anxiety to the situation. However, I was relieved to receive it back from you. I thanked the almighty and felt that humanity is still alive in this fast-paced world.
