Question 1:- Do you often stay up late?

Answer 1:- Not really. Very seldom I am awake for a long time. I am an early bed and early rise person.

Answer 2:- No, it will depend on my work. Sometimes sometimes, if I get it late from the office, then I might be taken dinner late, so I will sleep late, and I will also wake up late. On a regular day, I used to wake up early.

Question 2:- What are some reasons why people choose to stay up late?

Answer 1:– There can be many reasons why some individuals stay late at night. Some may be due to their night work and others due to their nightlife of socializing, and some end up binge-watching screens.

Answer 2:- There are too many reasons to stay up late. People who are studying at night will be staying up late. Some people who have a more workload in the office at night time they can wake up late.

Question 3:- How do you feel the next day when you stay up late compared to when you go to bed early?

Answer 1:- If, for a particular genuine reason, I end up staying late. The next day is horrendous for me. I feel very lethargic and drowsy. I feel like I have no energy for other activities.

Answer 2:- If I go to the bay in bed early, then I will definitely walk off early, and I will enjoy the fresh morning air and a very good atmosphere. If I go to bed late, then it will be very difficult to wake up early, so mostly after the sun only, I will wake up so at that time I will not feel energic.

Question 4:- Are there any activities or hobbies that you specifically stay up late for?

Answer 1:– The reason I have remained awake is only when I have attended some live shows of my favorite musicians. Other than that, I can’t hold my sleep for long.

Answer 2:– Yes, daily, I used to play badminton after dinner, and also I would not end with its time; I would watch a movie up late at night.

Question 5:- How do you stay awake and alert when you need to stay up late?

Answer 1:– In some instances, if I have to attend work the next day after staying awake for long hours. Coffee comes to my rescue. I end up having 4-5 cups of coffee to keep me awake.

Answer 2:– I will take a cup of tea everyone hour. I know it’s a good habit, but if I want to take it late in, I used to do it.

Question 6:- Are there any adverse effects that you have experienced from staying up late?

Answer 1:– Of course, the consequences I have to face the next day after staying up late are headaches, nausea, and lethargy, as I mentioned before.

Answer 2:- Yeah, there will be some effects, like pain in the head. And also, water will come from the eye.

Question 7:- Do you think it is better to stay up late and sleep in or go to bed early and wake up early?

Answer 1:– I am used to going to bed early and waking up early. This has been my routine ever since I graduated from school. I start my day very early morning. This, to me, is the most productive time when I plan for the day, and because I go to sleep early, my body recovers from all the stress of the later day.

Answer 2:- I will think that I go to bed early and wake up early because it’s my regular schedule. If I will break the schedule, then I will definitely get some illness or might some head pain or what is in my eye.
