Today, I would like to talk about one of such devotional songs sung by the most prolific and professional singer Mr. Shankar Mahadevan and the song is Ekadanthaya. It is a Hindu ritual song to worship lord Ganesha. In addition, as a devotee, it is my favorite song of all time, and I used this song as my mobile caller tune.

This song clearly describes lord Ganesha and his strength and ability to worship. When I heard this song first on a television show, I cannot identify its’ stanza. However, I tried to google it and I downloaded the melody. This song delivers positive energy to its’ listeners. Furthermore, compared with any other devotional songs, they used a limited number of background instruments to understand its emotions easily. Last but not least, as a versatile singer Mr. Mahadeven shows his quality. The vocal expressions and unique quality of words deliver its’ excellence without loss.

Answer – I think so. In my opinion, in childhood, whatever they are learning is completely new for them. So, they show some patience and enthusiasm to grab these ideas. However, elders had the ability to learn things without difficulty. But, they do not have the tolerance to understand things.

Question 4. What can people learn from songs or poems?

Answer – There are several things we can learn from songs and poems. In our olden days, most of our songs and poems mainly related to culture, tradition, patriotism, and folklore. After the twentieth century, trends were changed, and the songs grab the eastern culture, and we do not have anything to learn from this.
