Talk about a short Journey that you often take but do not like

Well, journeys either are planned for long distances or shorter distances, are entertaining for me. But sometimes, the journey seems to me very uninteresting when it is planned very often. So here I would like to speak about a journey that I often take, and I develop a greater aversion for it.

Every week, my parents make a trip to visit my grandfather’s home to do fieldwork. Initially, it fascinated me, but when we had to go for doing hard labour in the open field once a week, it seemed to be boring. I don’t mean that I don’t enjoy the countryside area. Instead, I do enjoy it, but when there is a lack of resources, then it is hard for me to live in such conditions. When we go to this place, I feel it dull because there is nobody who resides in our neighbourhood and power shortage acts as adding fuel to the fire.

Moreover, the wilderness of the region makes me terrified. The distance is not too long, but the zigzag way creates fear in my mind as it is located in a hilly area. My grandfather is no more, but we have to go there to take care of our farm. I don’t get time to meet my friends as I spend a lot of time on the farm. Last time, when we visited there, we met a serious accident because of a collision with another bike from a different direction. So that is the reason I’m not particularly eager to visit this place although I have to make it very often.

Well, it depends on people’s financial status. If their pocket allows them, then they can stay for longer months; but, usually, people spend 6 months or a maximum of one year overseas because of their short stay or less duration of their visa.

Question 3: Who prefers travelling abroad, the young or the old?

Nowadays youngsters prefer more to travel abroad for their bright future as well as earning hefty amount of money. They visit abroad for various purposes like studying, getting employment or visiting to meet friends and knowing more about other cultures.

Question 4: Which is better for knowing more about a country travelling or reading books about it?

I think both sources are good to know about other cultures; but, travelling is ideal for knowing more about other countries cultures. People get the first-hand experience, and they get a chance to know more about other people by talking with them as well as by celebrating their festivals.
