Well, I’m a big fan of reading the newspaper. It’s also part of my daily life; my morning start with a cup of tea and reading a tabloid. The majority of news is a crime, technology and sports-related. In this corona pandemic, getting a piece of paper is not easy as pie thus, one of my mates suggested I try digital news. Later I love it.

Today I would like to talk about a piece of a news article which I read a couple of weeks ago. We all know that health is pivotal, and being healthy is every humankind goal. 2 weeks ago, after brunch, I’d a couple of houses before backing on routine track; hence, I started figuring on smartphones. I opened a news application which I read on a daily basis. One article caught my eyes attention.

It was benefits of running. Running is underestimated health or fitness way presently. If someone thinks about being healthy or fit, one name that comes to mind is gym or yoga classes in the majority of people. However, it is expensive as well as required roughly 2 to 3 hours daily. It scientific prove that running is a full cardiovascular system. It relaxes muscles and all parts of the body exercise. If a person run 1KM per day, then it is also good.

The person who works and travels by private vehicle should have to go there by walk, which is economy, for health and the environment beneficial. I love that article; running is a free healthy life slogan. Dieting is not required in this way. After being inspired by this article, I daily walk 5 KM, which I track on my phone; I got one application illustrating this kind of wisdom. I also like to continue in future as well as stimulate people much as possible.

Moreover, owing to health improvement, humankind lives longer nowadays such as. In the past average living age was 55, which is now 65 to 70.
