Teachers should be paid according to how much their students learn. do you agree or disagree with this statement?
Looked from the broad historical perspective, teaching is a very noble profession which plays an important role in the education of children. I do not agree that teaching professionals should be paid on behalf of their student’s performance. this thing will be discussed in the upcoming paragraphs. Teachers should be paid according to how much their students learn
If teachers would be paid according to their student’s performance then this may disturb the whole process of imparting education. for instance, teachers would start to teach their students by cramming the topic without properly understanding the logical aspect of the syllabus. as a result, students would take less interest in their studies and ultimately become bookworms rather than properly knowing about that. Moreover, this trend can disturb the teaching process because teaching professionals would ignore the weak students and in the absence of good results they would punish students also. this thing has not only put bad effects on teachers personal values but leads to an inferiority complex in students also. teachers may be aggressive and would behave rudely with their learners. In conclusion, the need of the time is that there could be a keen insight into this profession because it would not be good to measure this noble occupation on the financial basis. instead of this, some bonus and rewards should be announced for the good teachers so that they could be encouraged and motivated and keeping in view all this they would teach their students with more courage, dedication and hard work.
