The first graph showcases the main causes for education among scholars of diverse age groups whereas the second graph shows the level of support they get from their companies in terms of time off and financial help.

As per the graph, we can clearly see that with age the reason to opt for education for career decreases with time and in terms of interest intends to increase. Students under age 26 choose education for career purposes is about 8 times as compared to the students who choose education for interest.

To illustrate, eight out of ten people under age 26 years continue studies for their career whereas one out of ten under age 26 years opted for education for interest. With the increase in age, the motivation for studies is interest increases as seven out of 10 people in their fifties opted for education for this reason.

In terms of help from employer 65% of employee get help aged below 26 years whereas with time the trend tend to decrease till 33% aged between 30-39. People in the age range between 40 to 49, almost four out of ten employees get both kinds of help wheres the trend increases when age surpasses 49 where 42 per cent of people get financial aid and time off by their employer.
