  • Why is it not well used?
  • What can be done so more people can use it?

Sample 1

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my grave concern over your decision to demolish the children’s playground. The decision is made by seeing its less usage.

Suffice to say that it is being used less by children only at weekends. Their hectic schedule might be one of the reasons for using it less. Moreover, long grass with no sitting arrangement and lack of water facility disappoint the people as well as juveniles to visit it more. Also, the lack of equipment such as a see-saw, slides and other swings reduces the popularity of this playground. Resultantly, it has been visited less by the people.

Furthermore, I would like to suggest to you that this playground needs to be cleaned regularly. If possible, some flowers and trees are grown to enhance its beauty. Providing amenities like water, benches, and tables can encourage people and youngsters to visit more. It would be great if you could think it over, and instead of distracting it, renovating this park can make people do some sort of exercise, and they can keep themselves in a good physique.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours Faithfully,

Sample 2

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing in reference to your decision to remove the children’s playground in the Godrej Garden city area.

In the past, many children used to play there and enjoy their evenings and weekends. However, ground use has recently declined, and the main reason is that it is not cleaned regularly. As a result, many mosquito and insect colonies are growing there. Therefore, many parents avoid sending their children there because they are afraid of mosquito-borne diseases such as dengue and malaria.

The best solution to this issue is that the local council can appoint workers who can clean and maintain the ground. Moreover, the council can also provide some dust bins on the ground, so people do not litter the ground. If the ground is clean, it will be a safe place to play for children, and elders can also use the ground during school hours. I would kindly request you to change your decision about the ground and find an alternative solution to this issue.

I hope you will consider my suggestion and take prompt action on it.

Yours Faithfully,
