There is a problem with the changing room in your gym. You reported it several times, but it was not resolved. Write a letter to the gym manager. In your letter

1. Describe the problem.
2.  what the gym’s response was when you reported the problem?
3. Say what you would like the manager to do about the problem.

Dear Manager,

I am Geetha, a member of the Fitness Gym for 2 years. I am writing this letter to address an issue in the Ladies changing room for the past month.

Firstly, the issue is that the latch of the door is under repair, it is very difficult for the ladies who use the room.  In order to change, two ladies are needed, where one needs to hold the door from the front side and the other one will use the room and vise- versa. Due to this, it prolongs to consume time.

Secondly, the floors are untidy, due to this most ladies feel uncomfortable to practice during their session. We have already made a complaint to the gym coordinator regarding this issue last month, they informed us that they will take necessary action. But until now, there is no progress. Due to this, most ladies feel it’s very difficult for them to come to the gym and some are planning to quit from their membership.

Therefore, we are requesting you to take immediate action on this matter at the earnest.  So, we will try to continue our membership as we have planned earlier.
