Dear Sir/Madam,
It is the first time that we are communicating via letter, and I feel obliged and, at the same time, excited too by making you aware of my work report for last year.
You would be glad to know that the sales of jeans in our company ‘Jack & Jones’ have escalated, especially in rural areas. What is more, I moved pillar to post for marketing and made contacts with the local shopkeepers who agreed to sell our products.
Although the demand for jeans has increased; however, production has decreased. Currently, we do not have more personnel to make cloth. It would be better to hire more employees, and ultimately it would not cost our company an arm and a leg.
It will be appreciated if you arrange a training session for the new employees. We have a majority of oldsters, and they are veterans in their work, but new employees face difficulties in persuading people to buy their products. They must be aware of selling tricks, and, of course, good communicating is a prerequisite for marketing. In this way, the company can progress by leaps and bounds.
