Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I am ready to discontinue my current course, and I have decided that I am ready to join a full-time employee in this organization.
There are numerous reasons behind this hard decision. Initially, I had started this part-time job three years ago, and as a beginner, this job was very important for me. In addition, it helped me a lot for both personal and professional development and learning about the market culture and other scenarios. As a part-time employee, management provided financial support for completing my Master’s in engineering. I think it is the right time to reveal my commitment to the organization.
As you may be aware, it is one of my dreams to complete my Master’s in engineering without any arrears. I think that will always enhance my career and it will secure my job. In addition, management will provide more responsibilities, and I can enjoy my profession. Apart from this, I had discussed with my course mentors and Principal the discontinuation of my course. As per their proposal, I can easily continue my course after one year. I am very much grateful to them for their kind consideration.
I am excited to join you as a full-time employee in your organization.
