You have a full-time job and are also doing a part-time evening course. You now find that you can not continue the course.
Write a letter to your tutor. In your letter,
- describe the situation
- explain why you cannot continue at this time
- say what action you would like to take.
Dear sir,
I am a student of “advanced business management” a part-time course in your institute. The main endeavor of writing this letter is to inform you that I am not able to continue my course in this term due to my office work assignments. Please allow me to explain it briefly.
I am doing a full-time job in supreme Infosys in the city Ludhiana but, recently my company has opened a new branch in the city Jalandhar which is 210 km away from there. Due to this, they shifted some employees to the new branch and they promoted me as an “HR Manager” there. So it is quite difficult for me to travel daily such a long distance. Moreover, my new job requires more work and more time as well, therefore, I want to hold this course for the next session.
I hope you will understand my situation and I wish to join it again in the next term so could you please adjust my current payment in the next session if possible. If it is not practicable for you then please refund my fees as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you
Yours faithfully,
Manpreet
