- And Inviting Him/her to Go With You.
Dear Ranvinder Singh,
I hope this letter finds you well.
I’m writing to you today with a bit of a change of plans regarding a holiday I’ve booked. As you know, I was planning a trip to Manali with my cousin, but unfortunately, something unexpected has come up for them, and they won’t be able to make it. It’s a real shame, but these things happen!
The trip is planned for the second week of August, from the 10th to the 17th. It’s going to be a fantastic escape to the mountains, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We’ve booked a lovely hotel with stunning views, and I was looking forward to exploring the beautiful valleys, perhaps doing some light trekking, visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, and just enjoying the cool weather and serene atmosphere away from the city hustle. I also planned to try some local Himachali cuisine.
Given this sudden vacancy, I immediately thought of you. I know you’ve always wanted to visit Manali, and I thought this might be a perfect opportunity. The booking is already made for two, and it would be wonderful if you could join me instead. It would be great to have your company and share this experience with a good friend.
Please let me know if this is something you might be interested in. There’s no pressure at all, but if you are, we can chat more about the details and see if the dates work for you.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
Best regards,
