You Have Bought a New Mobile Phone, and Within a Few Days of Purchase

You Have Bought a New Mobile Phone, and Within a Few Days of Purchase, It Stopped Working. You Spoke to The Company Representative a Week Ago, but It Still Needs to Be Repaired. Write a Letter to The Company. In your Letter,

  • Introduce Yourself.
  • Explain the Situation.
  • Say What Action You Would Like the Company to Take.

Solution:

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the recent smartphone purchase. I am Harmandeep Kaur from Ludhiana. I recently purchased a mobile device online. Its model is the Samsung Galaxy S23, which was recently launched. I bought it in the second week of this month. It has only been two weeks since I have used this mobile phone. For your information, the invoice number is 9876, and the order date is 12 January 2024.

After this purchase, I was on cloud nine as it is my dream phone, and I got it by saving each penny. I was really focused on buying it. However, after only two weeks of moderate use, it started lagging, making it insensitive to touch, meaning that its touch was not working anymore. I reached out to the customer service as well. At first, they suggested I submit my phone to them, and they would repair it. But this was not the case. I even gave my phone to them for a week and got no response. I then reached out to the representative again, and they just returned my gadget, which is as it is. Since then, I have been making complaints, and still no reverts.

I am very disappointed with the behavior of the company’s representatives. This is lowering the standard of your brand’s goodwill. Therefore, I would like you to take a positive step towards the employees of your company so that they can provide the necessary help, for which I would be grateful. Also, I would like the company to swipe my smartphone with a new one, as it has been a frustrating week for me. I would be extremely grateful if you would take the required actions as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Sir

I am Vikas Doomra, and I recently purchased a new mobile phone dated 20th Jan. 2024 under invoice no 11345. I am writing you to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your mobile and service.

After a week, the mobile stopped working, and immediately, I rushed to your new care center. They said that it would take time to fix. Today, a week ago, my mobile was not fixed, and it will not be fixed for another week. Your terms and conditions clearly mention that if your team is unable to resolve the mobile within a week, the customer can claim a new mobile under the guarantee/warranty policy.

In the end, I will give the last two days to fix my mobile as urgently as possible; otherwise, under the policy, give me a new mobile. I am ready to clear the formalities to claim my new mobile.

Please look into this matter on priority.

Yours sincerely
