Dear Sir
I am Vikas Doom, one of your bank service users with account no. 11345. Some money was deducted from my account by mistake. I am requesting you to cross-check the same.
Moreover, last month, I requested that you shut/close my international transaction facility (I.T.F.). The request was accepted at your end, and I received that notification, too. But today, I just cross-checked my account statement; there is one service charge deduction for I.T.F. (international transaction facility). I need help understanding how the service is closed on my account or how the bank can deduct service charges. My last request receipt is enclosed with this letter for your reference.
Finally, please cross-check this matter and return the amount I deducted. The deduction of I.T.F. charges is Rs. 500/—, which should be returned, and you can even check; since that service shut request, I haven’t paid any amount out of the country.
Once again, please clear this matter as a priority.
Yours sincerely
