You Have Rented a Four-Bedroom House, Which You Share with Two Other Students (1)

You have rented a four-bedroom house, which you share with two other students. However, there are several problems with this house that need fixing. You also find it expensive and would like to find another student to share the spare bedroom. Write a letter to the real estate agency. In the letter

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction about the accommodation which we have taken on rent. This house needs repair. Moreover, due to heavy rent, I would like to share an additional room with another student to lessen the financial burden on my pocket.

Let me inform you that I have been living in a woodland residency along with my two friends for two months. The house is near the park next to the library. It is a four-bedroom house with a communal kitchen and private showers. One additional room is on the top floor, which is unoccupied. Being located near the library makes this residence quite expensive.

On the face of it, we have been paying a hefty amount than any other houses in the community, and resultantly, we are not getting adequate amenities. Firstly, it had been told to us that the whole house would be painted soon. Unfortunately, nothing had been done. Secondly, the bolts of the door are broken, and these are not broken, and these are not repaired. Last but not least, washrooms have no heating system. As it is getting cold nowadays; therefore, it is a great predicament for us to take a bath with cold water.

Furthermore, I would like you to employ professional workmen to make necessary repairs as it is an expensive affair for all of us to pay high rent with another student. Therefore, prior to his arrival, we need all the things to work smoothly.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely,
