I hope you are doing great. This is Shreya Thakkar, your current tenant living in apartment no 302- Brunswick street, writing to request you to make some improvements to the apartment.
First of all, I would like to mention that I am enjoying my stay here because of some obvious facts like the street is quiet, the apartment is very spacious, neighbours are friendly and supportive, and my favourite thing about the apartment is the allocated parking spot; hence, we do not want to move out of here.
However, despite such good things, a few things in the apartment need improvement, such as the apartment looks old and worn-out, so we need to colour it again with some fresh modern paint. The reason for colouring it now is that after two months my son is getting married, so to host such an important event at home the ambience and appearance of the house have to be top-notch and we want to welcome our daughter-in-law in the renovated house, not some run-down old building which can make her regret her choice. Also, one leg of the dining table is broken, and it needs fixing as sitting on a couch for lunch and dinner is not comfortable. Moreover, a few other cupboards also need some repairing. If this is delayed anymore, the actual cost of renovation may become too high to bear for anyone.
In addition, since we have already paid the maintenance amount with the rent, I would like to request you to send a painter and carpenter to make these changes at least in the next 30 days because I have left off work for 15 days during that time so I can thoroughly supervise workers and the work they do.
