- Explain the Problems and Why It Is Difficult to Work.
- Say What Kind of Accommodation You Would Prefer.
Dear Sir
I am Vikas Doomra, and I live in room no. 113, Ward B. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my roommate and request that you change my room.
As you are aware, next week a quiz competition is going to be held at our college, and for that, I am preparing myself. Already, I am running out of time to complete the quiz syllabus; my roommate Rahul is disturbing me a lot by doing some silly behaviour; all the time, he enters the room late at night, and sometimes he gets drunk too and plays music at a high pitch, which disturbs my study. On top of it, yesterday, he tore my notes, and all my preparation went to hell. I am so afraid/obsessed with his habits. He never cleaned the room, always booming the room.
In conclusion, I am requesting you to look into this matter urgently and accept my request to change my room, where I can prepare for my quiz competition and exams. The room should be free of unwanted sound and clean.
I hope you will look into this matter urgently.
Yours sincerely
