You ordered a new cheque book from your bank two weeks ago, but you have received nothing. Write a letter to the manager complaining about the bad service.
- Say when and how you ordered the cheque book.
- Ask how much longer you will have to wait
- and ask the manager what action he will take over this matter.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service which I have received after placing the new chequebook order request.
Almost two weeks back, I placed an advance order for a new chequebook at your bank as I was about to consume my current chequebook. I also raised this request through your online application form and got the confirmation number once the request got submitted successfully.
Since I was aware of my situation and my business nature, where most of the transactions are done through cheques only, I applied for a new chequebook well in advance. However, I did not receive anything nor any intimation from the bank officials about this delay. Due to not having this important document, I have already started losing my contracts. Therefore, please let me know that when can I get my newly applied chequebook.
Hence, I would like to complain in the strongest terms about the unsatisfactory service that I received from your bank officials. I would appreciate it if you could give your immediate attention to this matter, and I would be grateful to know what actions you will be planning to take.
I look forward to receiving your explanation.
Your’s faithfully,
