Dear …………………,

sample answer:

Dear Editor,
I’m writing this letter to inform you about some incorrect information published in your daily newspaper dated 20th July, about the books written by the famous author – Laura Camberley.
In the article, it has mentioned that her first book is ” The story in the dessert” which is not and it should be ” The road trip to dessert”. As you may know, these two books are combined with each as a connected documentary from her real-life experience in 1965. Also, some of her awarded books like ” The father’s love” and more are missing in the list. I have all these details because I was a neighbor of her for 10 years and she is a close friend of mine and I’m really interested in her books.
Therefore, I wanted you to revise this information in your next paper asap and publish the entire article correctly. Further, pls instruct your team to be more careful about writing these types of articles of reputed and famous characters of the society as the accuracy of information is of utmost importance. If you want further details of Laura Cambley’s books, pls do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you,
Jenny
