You & Your Family Are Living in English Speaking Country

You and Your Family Are Living in Rented Accommodation in An English-speaking country. You Are Not Satisfied with The Condition of Some of The Furniture. Write a Letter to Your Landlord. In your Letter, You Should:

Dear Sir

I, Vikas Doomra, one of your tenants, recently moved into your flat no 113 under agreement no 11345. I am writing to you to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the furniture in this flat.

Moreover, at the time of the agreement, you said that the building was newly built and had furniture in excellent condition. I just spent 3 days here and found that the dining table’s one leg broken. It seems like earlier, the leg was fixed with some glue and broken marks, and dry glue is still there.

Furthermore, the whole bed was caught by the termite bugs. The wooden worms have eaten away the wood from the inside, which makes it really hard for me to sleep in the bed, and this is causing the other wooden cupboards in the wardroom, too.

Finally, I am requesting that you change all the furniture in the next 3 to 4 days. Otherwise, give my advanced amount back. I have the right to change the house within a week, as mentioned in the agreement’s norms.

Yours sincerely
