Your Brother Couldn't Join You on A Trip that You Guys Planned (1)

Your brother couldn’t join you on a trip that you guys planned. Write a letter to a friend inviting him to join:

Dear Lily,

Hope you’re doing fine! I’m writing to invite you for a goa trip next month for which the planning has already been done. You remember how we used to talk about the music sunburn festival in Goa which is held every year in December. It is an awesome time to visit the place, and the weather is pleasant. It’s a seven days trip from the 25th to the 31st of December, as we are planning to celebrate Christmas and New year’s eve.

Initially, my brother planned this trip as he was coming to India for his annual holidays. However, he could not make it for more than three weeks’ holiday from his job, so he had to cancel this trip. He suggested that he had spoken to you before and you had shown keen interest in the trip. So I would be happy to have you on the trip if the dates are feasible.

Would you join me on the trip? We have booked everything in advance, from the flights to the air BnB rooms. The departure flight is from 24th December in the evening. Therefore, you need to join me on 23rd December in Mumbai. We will cover North Goa for Christmas, stay there for three days, and then move to South Goa for New Year’s Eve. I am sure we will have a great time together and also you’re getting married next year, so probably this is the best chance to have a trip together and make beautiful memories.

I hope you will join me on this trip. I will be looking forward to your positive response.

Yours truly,
