Your Workplace Does Not Have a Parking Area for Cars and It Is Causing

Your workplace does not have a parking area for cars, and it is causing some problems. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter, you should:

  • Describe the problems
  • Explain why should solve the problems
  • And give your suggestions on how to solve the problems.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction regarding the lack of space to park my car. Resultantly, I have to park it on the road which has created some problems.

Let me inform you that I have been experiencing financial loss as well as getting mentally disturbed. On top of that, somebody smashed the tail lights of my car with the bat. It has been greatly damaged. Seeing scratching on my new car made me annoyed. It has tried to distort its beauty. Moreover, it takes alot of time for the single outright location to park it; consequently, I usually get late for 10 minutes, and I have to make excuses.

I would like you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have suffered a huge mental and financial loss; otherwise, I would have no other option to leave your company because I had cut costs in several other areas. In addition, although your company is progressing leaps and bounds, it fails to build a good reputation in society for not providing parking space for automobiles.

Would you be kind enough to arrange a parking bay for employees? A vacant plot adjacent to the front gate of the company can be used for parking. It has ample space, and there is no threat to any vehicle.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours Faithfully,
