Sample 1: An Activity You Liked to Do Most Often in Your Childhood with Your Friends

I spent my childhood in an urban zone blessed with natural beauty and wonders 🌳🏞️. The vast green fields, rivers, hills, blue sky, and the friends of my childhood were the best parts of my vibrant and magical youth 🌈👫.

Among the many games I played, blind man’s buff was one of my favorites 🙈🏃‍♂️. This game required at least 4-5 children to play. Initially, one child would be blindfolded, unable to see anything 👀🚫. A large circle would be drawn, and players were not allowed to step outside this boundary ⭕.

The blindfolded child would try to catch someone, while the others attempted to evade capture without leaving the circle 🏃‍♀️💨. If the blindfolded child managed to touch someone and correctly guess their name, they would be freed, and the touched child would then be blindfolded 🎉🔄.

I always played this game with my cousins, neighboring kids, and classmates. At that time, I was about 4-5 years old, as were the other children I played with 👧👦.

Reflecting back, I realize I stopped playing this game after advancing to grade three, as it’s traditionally a game for younger children 📚🚸. In our country, it’s exclusively played by kids, and I’ve never seen adults participate 🚫🧑‍🤝‍🧑.

Thus, I don’t play this game anymore. Nowadays, my interests have shifted to sports like cricket, football, badminton, and table tennis 🏏⚽🏸🏓. Blind man’s buff was a cherished part of my childhood, a game I thoroughly enjoyed as a kid 🎈❤️.

Sample 2: An Activity You Liked to Do Most Often in Your Childhood with Your Friends

Childhood is the most honest period of everyone’s life. My childhood, additionally, was exceptionally beautiful. 🌈 I was a very pampered child and showed some tantrums if my wishes were not fulfilled, so you can say I was a spoilt pup. 🐾 I liked to engage in many activities during my childhood, like playing games 🎮, studying 📚, and dancing 💃, among others.

However, my all-time favorite activity was playing hide-and-seek with my neighbors, schoolmates, and my father. I used to play this game every evening, either in my own house 🏠 or in the veranda.

I was so naughty that I kept on changing hiding spots so that no one could find me, feeling on top of the world. 🌍 I remember once, I hid in the wardrobe, and no one could find me. Almost half an hour passed, then my friends got restless and rushed to my father so that he could search for me. And finally, he found me in the wardrobe, becoming uneasy when he saw me half out of breath.

I was truly short of breath and was sweating profusely. He reprimanded me, even slapped me, and gave me some water to drink. After that, I recovered. 🚰 From that time, I learned a lesson that one should never harm oneself for the sake of winning. 🏆 After that incident, I played hide-and-seek more carefully, with full energy and eagerness.

So, this was my favourite activity in my childhood, and I still relish playing it whenever I get the time, as it brings back those nostalgic memories of my innocence period—my childhood.” 🕰️
