Question 1:- Do you prefer a long break or several short breaks?
I prefer a short break because as I am a student I need to work hard for my education and my goals so short periods of breaks are helpful for me even it also helped me to generate ideas and it also increases my creativity and innovation.
Question 2:- What do you usually do during a break?
During break most of the time I try to make myself more comfortable as I try to listen to music as much as I can because I love it and it is also beneficial for me to get motivated and also if I get time to read a book or chapter with which can help me to enhance my overall knowledge at a particular topic it also help me and even their lot of things but these two things are most of this time I do
Question 3:- Why do you need to take a break?
I think it is important to take a break while doing something because if a person is doing something continuously that person can feel very obsessed and even they can very UN connected to that particular thing because of the mentality that person need variety in their life and it also helped them to leave it in a consistent way
Question 4:- How often do you take a break?
I often take a break after an hour or half an hour when I try to make my full concentration in my studies but when I feel that I need a break because my mental power is not working as I have to learn a lot of things exams better and get good marks running is a process which actually takes 30 to 40 minutes after that mind feel very low and a person cannot give his or her 100% so that some breaks I also take in after an hour or half an hour
