Question 1. When was the last time you had a few days off?

Answer 1: Usually, I’m not taking off from my office work due to short of colleagues in my team after covid-19. But last month, I applied for leave for 15 days to prepare for the preparation of my IELTS exam.

Answer 2:– The last time I had some days off work was two weeks ago. The day off was a result of a two-day public holiday declared by the federal government of Nigeria to celebrate the conclusion of the year 2023 Ramadan fasting by Muslims. Since it was a public holiday, I was entitled to the day off.

Question 2. How do you usually spend your day off from work or school?

Answer 1: Well, it depends on the count of days; as I told you, I have utilized my all day in the study, but usually, if I take more than 3 days left, then we always go on holiday.

Answer 2:– I do not have any predefined way I use my day off work except when I am on Annual leave. For my annual leave, I travel to see my family in another city since I work in a different city. Also, I visit friends and engage in some fun activities as well.

Question 3. What is your favorite way to relax and unwind on a day off?

Answer 1: There are two main activities that I do on daily bases, either for relaxation or entertainment; these are watching web series or playing video games. Apart from it, before going to bed, I also read some books.

Answer 2:- My choicest way of relaxing during a day off is to stay home, binge-watch movies, and listen to music. This way, I get to relax to a great extent.

Question 4. What would you like to do if you had a day off tomorrow?

Answer 1: It sounds quite funny that I will sleep till late afternoon. After that, I will do all pending work related to the market, and in the evening, I will go for a movie and dinner.

Answer 2:- Well, it has been a long while since I visited the beach, so if the opportunity of a day off presents itself, I will utilize it by going to the beach. I enjoy the serene and cool atmosphere there.

Question 5. Do you prefer to stay at home or go out and explore on your day off? Why?

Answer 1: It totally depends on the number of days off that I have. If it’s only for one, then I will do only indoor work and get relax; otherwise, if we have more than 3-4 days, we can plan to go somewhere outside, like a hill station.

Answer 2:– On most occasions during my day off, I am always indoors. I believe day offs are an opportunity for one to rest, unwind, and recuperate from accumulated stress. I believe if one goes out to explore during day offs, and one will not get a deserved rest though one might enjoy the thrills associated with exploring.

Question 6. Are there any specific hobbies or activities that you enjoy doing on your day off?

Answer 1: Nowadays I don’t have any activities to do, due to the absence of my friend who plays cricket with me on weekends. So I usually spend my day off playing online games and indoor activities.

Answer 2:– As I mentioned before, I enjoy watching movies and listening to songs during my day off. Sometimes, I decide to put my culinary skills to use by cooking my favorite meals.

Question 7. How important do you think it is to take regular breaks and have time off from work or studies? Why?

Answer 1: Breaks are a very important part of our daily routine lives. There is one sanctified research that if anyone is not getting a break from his or her task. They are getting angry about small-small issues. This is not good for our health, and it can cause serious problems also, so regular breaks are necessary for everyone.

Answer 2:- I believe it is very important to take breaks and time off work. This helps you avoid burnout as a result of accumulated stress. In addition, taking breaks or time off helps you explore or do things you have always wanted to do, but your daily work schedule did not permit it.
