I think big companies are the backbone for the economy of a city. I live in Ahmedabad, which is the financial capital of Gujarat. There are diverse industries in my city, like manufacturing factories. I would like to add hear that IT industry is especially merging emerging in my city so yes I would like to tell you about IT company which is currently there in my city the name of the company is Panamax infotech private limited it employs 400 people as it has various departments like HR Department, account Department, Development Department and product management Department.

It has to employ this many employees it has a good work culture like they organise family outing award ceremony and sports events. Hence, it is always nice to work in such companies that is what their employs tell in the feedback I feel that this company should expand their services more and more to cater as many people as possible from the city they should also open branches of this company so that many people can join I think they mostly hire people who are talented and productive I mean they don’t the only look out for the certificates or the examinations a candidate has passed they also look at the talents and skills the candidate is having one of my friends is currently working in that company.

He told me the other day that he was hired based on his willingness to learn and grow; he was not hired because of his experience or certificates, which stands this company apart from all other companies in the city, and I really feel proud about this company.

If you are talented and willing to work, it is not a tough job to find a job in India, but it also depends on your location. I mean in big cities there are more opportunities. The cost of living is generally high in big cities in small cities; on the other hand, there are fewer opportunities, and the cost of living is comparatively low.

Well, government plays a huge role in improving the country’s employment; if there is unemployment, the government can take many steps. Still, mainly the government should encourage youth to start their own business so that they can employ many people in their local town or city step by step putting this efforts youth fill confident about opening startups or starting a factory that will ultimately push the economy of the country.

Yes, I think a high salary is important, but there is other perspective of looking at this question is job satisfaction. I think job satisfaction outweighs the advantages of a high salary because if one is following his passion and he’s getting job satisfaction, then the high salary will ultimately follow.

Question 4:- Is it ok to do a job you like with a low salary?

As I mentioned earlier, following passion should be the main factor while choosing the job because when one follows the passion and he works sincerely, he will ultimately get all the monetary advantages.

In various sectors, there are many huge companies in my country like; if we talk about it sector, there are many huge international companies based out of Bangalore, which is also called Silicon Valley of India there are certain manufacturing units in a province called Jharkhand and also in Maharashtra, so I think there are many huge companies in my country.

Question 6:- How can a small company grow big?

Honestly, I don’t have such experience to answer this question, but from my knowledge, I think that there are 2 main factors which affect the growth of the company; the first point is customer service if any company is serving the best to its customers then it is the best thing second thing the company should also focus on nurturing their employees many times it happens that companies ignore the work-life balance of their employees. Their good employees leave the company, so it is a good thing to focus on client servicing and employee nurturing.

Question 7:- Should big companies donate more to charity?

Not only bill big companies I feel each and every company should country should contribute hey hey towards social corporate social responsibilities in this way a small business can also promote their company to national or international level.

Question 8:- Should big companies be punished more seriously if they break the law?

I completely agree with this as a big company. They have the responsibility of society. They also give the small companies how they should work; if they commit a mistake intentionally, they should be punished more.
