Sample answer ( new + easy idea)

I am so fortunate to have a talented family with God’s grace, and it’s pretty hard to select one smart or intelligent person with whom I would like to work. However, today I would like to talk about my brother, who I admire, personally and professionally. My brother is about 27 years old. He had completed his master’s in the marketing field, and now he is working in the same area.

Whenever we had a conversation, we used to speak a lot about our careers, which are very different but could potentially lead to some possible collaboration. Genuinely speaking, We haven’t worked together before, but often when we’re getting together for dinner or with friends, we end up chatting about different things that we’re working on.

He works in digital social media marketing, and I work as an English trainer and have a lot of presence online. So I’m always asking him for advice about how we can reach new people to help them with their English online.

I must say, If we were to work together, I imagine it might be in something where he can bring his marketing skills, and I can get my skills in producing content for English language learning.

The main reason I’d really love to work with him is that he has some really fantastic qualities. For example, he’s diligent. He doesn’t give up easily and always persists in achieving whatever he aims. He’s also very resilient. We all face setbacks from time to time, but he never gives up, and he always strives to get the best results.

Moreover, He’s also very trustworthy, and of course, he’s my brother, so I know that I could share information with him and those kinds of things. So that’s why I’d really love to work with my brother sooner or later.

Question 1:- What are the advantages and disadvantages of a family business?

As we all know that every coin has two sides; similarly, the family business also has some pros and cons. If I am talking about advantages, firstly it keeps the family together. Family members understand each other better. As a result of it, maximum efficiency is ensured because they are more committed than outsiders. Apart from that, most family members have solid informal internal training. This is because such businesses are usually passed from grandparents to children and grandchildren.

On the downsides, Misunderstandings at home could also be brought to the office, and the family expenses could be deducted from the business. Moreover, Family businesses also tend to appoint family members even if they lack training or experience. Outsiders might have ideas and skills that can be useful to the family business, but their ideas won’t be incorporated because they are outsiders. There can be conflicts among the family members, which may result in the total collapse of the business at times.

Yes, it is quite important to be competitive nowadays because we belong to a competitive era. In fact, in the present time, we are not only competing with the person next door or in the same town or country but also are competing with the people of a global village.

Question 3:- Are men and women equally good at running a business?

There are no gender differences nowadays. It is a matter of personal aptitude. As more and more girls are going into management courses, they are successfully entering the world of business. We have many examples, such as Koran Maunder, who is the CEO of a news company.

Question 4:- Should companies promote competition, and why?

Yes, surely. Companies should promote competition because if they don’t compete, how can they run a business? They have to sell their products, and for that, they have to compete with their rivals. Otherwise, they will fail, and others will succeed. However, they should promote healthy competition and should not use unethical means to compete.
