Leadership means a special quality that helps to get a specific task done in an efficient manner. A good leader has a quality to motivate others and address them. here I would like to talk about one of my friend” Neeraj” Whos has all the qualities which a leader want. he is only 23 years old and very handsome. he lives in my neighborhood and we know each other since our childhood and we know each other since our school days. Well, I was very shy in nature and feel ashamed to talk with teachers or guides but Neeraj is a very active boy. He never hesitates to discuss any problem with teachers. he always participates in any debate competition or quiz competition and won many prizes. he represented one class in annual function. He always ready to address the audience he gave so many speeches in school time. He could join politics and be a successful politician but he has a dream to became IAS officer in future and I strongly believe that one day his dream comes true
