Well, good habits are virtue that everyone doesn’t possess some good habits I believe are inherited from parents and other ones can be adopted or learn so here I would like to talk about an interesting habit of one of my friends that I would definitely like to have in me in or in my daily routine, so the name of my friend is Yuvraj Singh. he is a gym freak person he has a muscular body he’s like a giant I believe personally I also would like to have.

He has an abundance of good habits that among all these good habits, one habit is at the top of the list, and that is wake up early in the morning for running thought that waking up early is just a wastage of time it is of no use initially I ever when I am rather this we had to we have to complete our sleep and so on. But talk to my friend, he told me the advantages of waking up early and having a good running, so he told me that he always feels very light very active after running.

His all-day goes very energetic even by running. He also feels like his atlas, then his all limbs are working very properly his joints his arms his body also get toned with the regular exercise and running in the morning, so in this way, he attracted me a lot towards this.

I am also planning to adopt this activity in my early morning routine. For this, I talk to my friend that early morning take me with him for this nowadays I’m working on it. I hope this will be a permanent habit in my life. I think it is as good as working in a gym as it helps in cardiovascular activities it helps to develop a stamina-toned body. So on so I think this is the activity that I would definitely like to learn from my friend.

Answer – In my personal experience, I believe parents can act as a role model for their children like everyone says the first teacher of every child is their parents if parents follow ethics and code of conducts then children would definitely move on the same way secondly parents should have close supervision on their children’s working and their habits so that anytime if they get anything unsocial or unethical, they can convert them into good ones. Hence, it would be easy for parents to develop good habits among children in these two ways.

Answer – children who have bad habits have a negative influence on other children. If in a group of eight students two children are bad then they would definitely at adversely affect the habits of other ones like if they start drinking, then they would definitely pursue others to start that habit so in this way other children start adopting bad habits instead of good ones

Question 4. Why do some habits change when people get older

Answer – It’s a universal phenomenon that habits go on changing as we gain experience in life our tastes preferences habits goes on changing I think the main reason behind this is the influence of others if I take my personal example, initially I ever thought waking up early is of no use. Still, when I started using it on my own, I realized that it’s a good thing for good health it helps make people fit and healthy the whole day, so I adopted this routine in my life, and now I feel more healthy.
