Sample Answer: Describe a Place in Your City You Have Been to Where You Can See Wildlife
I love visiting different kinds of places whenever I have time from school and work. I always try to see new areas to explore, which makes me excited to expand my knowledge.
Here, I would like to share my experience visiting the Biodôme, located in Montreal, Quebec. It is within walking distance of the Pie-IX metro in Montreal. I stayed there with my friends last year when we had a free lecture from our school. Since our teacher was absent, we decided to visit the Biodome, which turned out to be the best decision ever.
In Biodome, there are different areas to visit according to one’s interest, like a museum where one can learn about scientific research, and we decided to visit to see the natural beauty and wild animals. We bought the tickets as we were students, and they gave us a discount as well.
We saw different kinds of birds in the first section, which was a mesmerising experience. We heard the sound of chirping birds, which seems like music to us. Then we went to the next section, where we saw sea animals like fish, crocodiles, water insects, and different kinds of snakes, which were unforgettable memories.
In the last section, we saw penguins and other species that live in cold places. This was the first time I saw penguins so close. They were playing like kids, and we were enjoying and giving them our friends’ names to make it more exciting.
It was really great fun to visit there. I really recommend everyone to visit at least once in their life if you want to see animals so close. It gives me a feeling of living in natural beauty, which is extinct from our lives nowadays.
